Villa Charlotte Bronte

Hey, guys, how are you doing?
This is Steve back with Keller Williams here,
and I am standing in front of one of the most amazing sites
or residences in all of New York City.

Right behind me is the Villa Charlotte Bronze.
And I don’t know if I’m pronouncing that correctly, but apparently, it was named after a famous author back in the 1920s.

This residence right here is located right literally on top of a cliffside overlooking the Hudson River.

There are 17 units here.
They’re all cooperative units, and there are no two units alike.

It was built as an architectural beauty back in the 20s, and it still stands today. So this right here is a perfect example of how accessible Riverdale is.
If you go down six stops on the Metro-North, which is about a five-minute walk away. You’re in Manhattan, right in the heart of New York City. If you go three stops north, you’re right up in Westchester County.

It’s a private residence behind me, so I can’t really get in to get any shots.
But if you have any questions about moving to Riverdale and seeing more sites like this, please feel free to reach out to me.

This right here is something that I really find it to be one of the most beautiful things about Riverdale. You move here and it’s like you’re in another world.

I mean, you live in New York City, but you’re away from the hustle and bustle. This is located right in the heart of Spuyten Duyvil which actually means spitting river. There’s a lot of history here in Riverdale. And if you’re looking for a place to move that is accessible to New York City, to Westchester County, to all the highways, you might want to consider this location right here.

Not many units come available. There are only 17 cooperative units here. And again, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me. I’m going to try to get some more shots on the outside of this. So that way you can kind of get an idea of how beautiful this site really is. Take care.
